Counter-Notice Process
If content of yours was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature

Guest Contributor Content
Contributors submitting guest posts confirm their work is original and doesn't infringe on any third party's rights (see our Write For Us guidelines and Terms and Conditions). If a contributor's submission is found to infringe another party's copyright, responsibility rests with the contributor, and we will act promptly on valid notices.
