This policy exists so readers, contributors, and partners know exactly how content decisions get made on ReadLearn — what standards we hold ourselves to, and what happens when we get something wrong.

Our Editorial Standards

  • Accuracy first: every guide is researched against current industry sources before publishing — pricing, materials, and regulations are checked, not assumed.
  • Practical focus: we write for readers who need to make a real decision, not to pad word count or chase keywords with no added value.
  • Clear sourcing: statistics and claims are linked to their original source wherever possible, rather than repeated secondhand from other blogs.
  • Plain language: we avoid unnecessary jargon, and where technical terms are required, we explain them.

Editorial Independence

ReadLearn earns revenue through Google AdSense, affiliate links, and sponsored content — but advertisers and affiliate partners have no influence over our independent articles, reviews, or recommendations. Guest Contributors & Vetting

Guest posts go through the same review process as our own content before publishing: fact-checking, originality checks, and editing for clarity and structure. Author bios are included so readers know who wrote each piece and what their background is. See our Write For Us page for full contributor guidelines.

Use of AI Tools

We may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, or editing efficiency, but every published article is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human before it goes live. We don't publish unreviewed AI-generated content, and the same standard applies to guest submissions.

Keeping Content Current

The packaging industry changes — materials, pricing, and regulations shift over time. We periodically review older articles and update them when information becomes outdated, rather than leaving stale advice live indefinitely. Significantly updated articles may show a revised publish date.

Corrections Policy

If you spot an error on ReadLearn, we want to know about it.

  • Minor corrections (typos, broken links, small factual updates) are fixed directly without a formal note.
  • Significant corrections (numbers, recommendations, or claims that were materially wrong) are noted at the bottom of the article along with the correction date.
  • We aim to review reported errors within 5 business days.
